These boots have all the great features of the FireWalker, but also provide a shoe like fit. They slip on like a boot, provide the protection a boot, but give a shoe like feel. The contoured mid sole is the key to this breakthrough in fire gear technology. The contours snug the foot for increased comfort while reducing fatigue and increasing stability on rough terrain. Ranger® 10" Zippered Style Leather Fire Boots
This is the choice for the professional firefighter. Leather boots provide the ultimate in comfort while still being able to provide the tough protection rubber boots give. It has a huge list of features. Some of them are the following: They feature material grade leather for the ultimate in durability. A zipper front for easy on and off. A Kevlar®/Nomex® lining to protect feet and shins from cuts and punctures. An 18 lug outsole for maximum traction in the worst of conditions.
